Andy did a fantastic job on a major renovation of our family home, and we highly recommend him for any project.
We worked with Andy and his team on a renovation of a 1900s villa, preserving and highlighting the original character of the building, while rebuilding most of it to a modern but classic living style. This was a major project, taking 18+ months, and Andy gave us certainty and confidence throughout the entire build.
While it was a complicated and lengthy project, Andy made the process easy, from initial ideas and plans, through construction to the finishing touches. Along with doing the renovation work, Andy project managed the renovation for us, liaising with and coordinating all of the suppliers and subcontractors, holding them to the highest standard while keeping them on budget and on time.
All of the work was done to an extremely high standard, and we were continually impressed with Andy’s professionalism, work rate, enthusiasm and helpfulness, and attention to detail and craftsmanship.
We were particularly grateful for Andy’s positive and solution focussed attitude, and innovative problem solving skills. Andy went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, and provided his own ideas into features and improvements to make this our dream home.

We lucked in when Andy was nominated foreman for our new house build in Khandallah. We took an instant liking to his way of working; he was consultative and always cheerful and obliging. We found his problem solving skills exceptional; problems were greeted with suggestions and recommended solutions. He’s surrounded himself with a great team of workers and subcontractors and the building site was always tidy. It’s fair to say that all of the subbies engaged on site were like Andy, fun, focussed, obliging and hard working to the extent that we have kept in contact with many after the build was completed. While the house won many awards, the one that we are most proud of and the one that reflects Andy’s attention to detail was the RMB Craftmanship Award.
